winph4 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or using the winph4 platform (winph4.org), you ("the User," "Player," or "Member") enter into a legally binding agreement with WinPH4 Entertainment Group ("winph4," "the Company," "we," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions, together with the winph4 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on winph4.org, constitute the entire agreement between you and winph4.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the winph4 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Your continued use of winph4 following any update or modification to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date of such update.

To be eligible to register and use winph4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of each gaming session;
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of WinPH4 Entertainment Group or any affiliated entity;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion list, or court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under applicable Philippine law;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when using the winph4 platform or conducting transactions.

winph4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by winph4 may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active winph4 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winph4 login credentials, including your username and password. winph4 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You agree to notify winph4 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

All personal information submitted during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. winph4 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by winph4 to fulfill these obligations.

All transactions on winph4 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winph4 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and over-the-counter cash-in via 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as specified in the payment section of your winph4 account dashboard.

winph4 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified on the platform for each payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

All deposits and withdrawals must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in the same name as the winph4 account. Third-party funding is prohibited. winph4 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or anti-money laundering review. Players may not use winph4 as a money transfer service; funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes.

winph4 offers various bonuses and promotional credits to eligible members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonuses are valid for a specified time period. Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period;
• winph4 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred;
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value unless and until wagering requirements are fully met;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, use of automated tools, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

All games available on winph4 are governed by the rules published within each game interface, supplemented by these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account, financial, and conduct matters.

winph4 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for all virtual games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) subject to their own licensing and operational standards. winph4 is not responsible for service interruptions attributable to third-party providers.

In the event of a malfunction, game error, or technical failure that affects the outcome of a game, winph4 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account balance. No claim for consequential loss shall arise from a technical malfunction.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your winph4 account or use of the platform:

• Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or providing false or misleading documentation;
• Operating more than one winph4 account, whether personally or through nominees;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other unauthorized technical means to interact with winph4 games or systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any wins derived from such exploitation are void;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using winph4 to launder money in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of the winph4 platform;
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversal of legitimate transactions without prior resolution through winph4 support.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where required by law, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities.

winph4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines seriously. The platform provides members with the following self-management tools accessible from the account dashboard after winph4 login:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits;
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Self-exclusion (temporary suspension or permanent account closure).

Players who wish to self-exclude may do so directly from their account settings. All content on the winph4 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and design elements — is the exclusive property of WinPH4 Entertainment Group or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the winph4 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any winph4 content without the prior written consent of WinPH4 Entertainment Group.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, winph4 and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the winph4 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any other commercial loss.

winph4's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player during the sixty (60) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits winph4's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory statutory rights applicable under Philippine consumer protection law.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through winph4's customer support process. Players may also lodge complaints with PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming disputes in the Philippines.

winph4 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number on file or by posting a prominent notice on winph4.org. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the winph4 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using winph4 and may request closure of your account with withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance.
